Rhonda Forgues, a proud Metis from Winnipeg, owns Spirited Ways Consulting. She has extensive experience across government, non-profit, private sectors, and self-employment. Rhonda previously served as Interim CEO of the Indigenous Chamber and led the City of Winnipeg’s Journey of Reconciliation, implementing the TRC Calls to Action, MMIWG Calls for Justice, Indigenous Accord, Indigenous Youth Strategy, and Welcoming Winnipeg. Spirited Ways Consulting aids non-Indigenous businesses in their reconciliation journey and offers organizational development support.
