During the presentation, attendees will gain insights into Triple E RV’s process of developing a sustainable leadership program grounded in accurate data, accountability, and trust. This presentation will provide valuable perspectives on both best practices and challenges. 

Key highlights will include an in-depth look at team development and sustainability, offering strategies to overcome issues such as lack of trust, fear of conflict, and avoidance of accountability as described by Patrick Lencioni in Five Dysfunctions of a Team. 

Creating Leader Standard Work (LSW), and redefining leaders' roles and responsibilities with wisdom from David Veech and his book Leadersights: Creating Great Leaders Who Create Great Workplaces. 

Additionally, the presentation will cover Triple E RV's experience implementing James C. Collins' Flywheel concept for leadership teams. 

By the end of the presentation, attendees will be equipped with practical tools and actionable insights to elevate their leadership practices and drive continuous improvement within their organizations to help sustain a pool of future leaders.
