Geoff L’Heureux, Operations Excellence Coach

Geoff L’Heureux is a member of the Duha Center of Excellence team and a Continuous Improvement specialist with 15 years’ experience driving sustained results. A strong believer in positive thinking in the workplace, Geoff delivers kaizen outcomes that drive to benefit employees, clients, and company.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. He is also Blackbelt certified by Lean Sensei International as a Lean practitioner, and by the Duha Centre of Excellence as a transformation champion. Outside of work, Geoff is Provincial Chair (Council Commissioner) for Scouts Manitoba. He also enjoys playing board games or cycling with his wife and two children.
