In this workshop, LEAN how to apply lean principles to all aspects of your current inbound logistics network -- including transportation, suppliers, and materials. By developing lean strategies, identifying operational realities, and exploring new tools for implementation, participants will understand how to balance inventory costs with transportation costs and design a better network based on LEAN principles and customer service.

Brad Bossence, Vice President, LeanCor Consulting

Brad Bossence has over 20 years of supply chain and logistics experience, serving in several leadership roles across the globe supporting automotive, retail, food and beverage and consumer packaged goods industries. As VP of LeanCor Consulting, Brad’s responsibilities have included the vision, leadership and execution of client supply chain advancement initiatives.  He is a senior instructor at the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute and President of the Atlanta WERCouncil (Warehouse Education and Resource Council). Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA with a focus in International Business and Organizational Behavior from the University of Windsor in Canada, a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR), and various lean and six sigma accreditations.
