Shelley Whitehead and Associates
Delivering Results that MatteR

Description

Featuring global leaders that are using LEAN management strategically to achieve results, this workshop provides a practical, disciplined approach for transforming public and private sector services to bring more value to the customer who uses the services, the employee who provides the services and, in the case of public services, the taxpayer who pays for them. It reviews the five phases of LEAN implementation that organizations can typically expect to go through on their LEAN journey.  It will also provide advice on governance and oversight, leadership and strategic use of LEAN.  The workshop will draw on Canadian and US case studies and will include a simulation exercise.  Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have a clear roadmap for implementing LEAN in public and private sector environments.
