Price Industries - Manufacturing Excellence by following the Price Way

Using company values to drive innovation and foundational investment

Price Industries is a market leader in supplying air distribution, critical controls, and noise control products.

Gerry will tell you that in down times, we invest and build the foundation for future service of our customers so we can be where our customers expect us to be in the future. Our business is guided by 13 values, two of which are Foundation and Innovation.

For Price Manufacturing, foundation means investing in equipment that will expand and improve capacity to handle our future orders. We'll show this through our investment in Powder Coating, laser cutting, metal fabrication capacity, and launching of new product lines. Innovation means bringing new means of manufacturing to better serve our customers through more flexible offerings and shorter lead times. We'll demonstrate this through innovations in welding and fabrication processes, applying data to our shop floor management, and our advanced lab and testing procedures that allow us to prove our product works as promised.

Lean Manufacturing weaves through our foundation and innovation activities, helping to guide conversations on waste reduction, 5S, work area design, and reduction in cycle times. Through building a strong foundation and using innovation in our manufacturing, Price Industries has had strong annual growth while reducing our lead times to industry leading levels and improving our customer satisfaction.
