Due to the changing environment which aerospace manufacturing operates within, key metrics, expectations, performance and warnings are continuously monitored to ensure program success.

Throughout this tour, guests will learn about Magellan Aerospace's critical visual management techniques which ensure success in both legacy and new programs. With communication as the cornerstone of Magellan's visual management design, information is kept current and disseminated to relevant employees. ABOUT THE COMPANY

Scope of work: Design, machine, assemble and fabricate complex aeroengine and metallic and composite aerostructure component and major assemblies for commercial and defence sectors. Design and assemble spacecraft buses, space system hardware and components. Provide satellite assembly, integration and test (AIT) services. Perform non-destructive test (NDT), surface treatments, chemical processing, heat treat, autoclave, welding, laser cutting and painting for commercal and defence manufactured products and components. Provide aeroengine component repair and overhaul services.
