Integrating a culture of diversity and adapability to enhance the customer experience
We have just finished the merger/integration of two companies with completely different product lines and cultures into one facility. Our plan is to discuss this project in depth from the 10 month planning stage and the 14 month execution phase of the project. We intend to discuss the highs and lows of such a project and touch on the success' we had and the mistakes we made. We will show the before and after pictures and explain the reasoning for re- locating 6 different departments within our facility to make room for the new company.
