Theo Flach is the CIO at Walinga Inc, and has been providing IT solutions supporting LEAN initiatives at Walinga for 28 years.  With lessons learned from implementing off-the-shelf ERP software, he leveraged his background in software development to create in-house software solutions, enabling Walinga to upscale operations and improve efficiency while retaining the Walinga legacy of providing customer-specific solutions.
