ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Pascal Dennis is a professional engineer, entrepreneur, and an award winning author. He is President of Lean Pathways, an international executive mentoring practice, and co-founder of Digital Pathways, a firm focused on igniting new Growth using Digital methods. Since 2000 Pascal and his team have supported leading international firms in a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, energy, health care and financial services.
Pascal’s focus is Strategy execution with an emphasis on financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods. Pascal’s personal practice comprises mentoring Boards and Senior Leaders, helping to develop and deploy Smart Growth strategies, and building management systems that sustain results. Pascal has authored six books and is a four-time winner of the Shingo Prize for Excellence. His latest book is Harnessing Digital Disruption – How Companies Win with Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Startup (Taylor & Francis, New York 2021).
Pascal is licensed by the Professional Engineers of Ontario and is a graduate INSEAD business school, and the School of Chemical Engineering, University of Toronto. Pascal is also a musician & composer and has released four albums of original music. He lives in Toronto with his wife, Pamela, and family.
