Jim Neirinck is a coach, mentor, and leader with a broad range of business experience and strategic leadership gained over the past 30 years helping teams succeed and achieve their highest potential. Jim has helped many companies and leaders achieve operational excellence in a broad section of industry including aerospace and defense, environmental products, and building products (custom kitchens; custom windows & doors). Obtaining results is what he does and his experience and training in business and Lean (Blackbelt certified) will help you achieve the same through a practical and proven system for achieving operational excellence. Jim is also honoured to be on the Board of Directors for the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada.
