Cindy Epp, President and Owner

Cindy Epp is the Founder and Owner of E.P.P. Management Consulting specializing in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, change management and leadership development. Cindy is passionate about working with leaders to plan, execute and achieve higher-level results. She has extensive experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors and has led several organizational change projects. Cindy has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, as well as continued education on strategic planning and change management. Cindy has Prosci Change Management Certification and is a Certified Management Consultant.
