Becoming a Leader-Coach

Leadership Plus
Assisting others to change

Leaders can be frustrated by their team members' reluctance to change. They know WHAT is important, WHY it is important, HOW to do the work and they have the resources required. So, what’s missing? In this interactive workshop learn the fundamental skills of coaching, what drives human behaviour and how to motivate change. A simple methodology will give you everything you need to be a successful coach in the workplace. Learn the process of coaching and how coaching is different to traditional leadership. Learn about the skills and mind set required and the key principles of neuroscience that explain how coaching helps the brain change.
